Hypertext Markup Language
What this??Ermm..Have you ever heard this? If you doesn't heard,so now I tell you..:)
What is Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) ?
HTML is a computer language devised to allow website creation. These websites can then be viewed by anyone else connected to the Internet. It is relatively easy to learn, with the basics being accessible to most people in one sitting; and quite powerful in what it allows you to create.
HyperText is the method by which you move around on the web, by clicking on special text called hyperlinks which bring you to the next page. The fact that it is hyper just means it is not linear. For example, you can go to any place on the Internet whenever you want by clicking on links. There is no set order to do things in.
Markup is what HTML tags do to the text inside them. They mark it as a certain type of text (italicised text, for example).
HTML is a Language, as it has code-words and syntax like any other language.
HTML is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of tags enclosed in angle brackets (like <html>), within the web page content. HTML tags most commonly come in pairs like <h1> and </h1>, although some tags, known as empty elements, are unpaired, for example <img>. The first tag in a pair is the start tag, the second tag is the end tag (they are also called opening tags and closing tags). In between these tags web designers can add text, tags, comments and other types of text-based content.
HTML elements form the building blocks of all websites. HTML allows images and objects to be embedded and can be used to create interactive forms. It provides a means to create structured documents by denoting structural semantics for text such as headings, paragraphs, lists, links, quotes and other items. It can embed scripts in languages such as JavaScript which affect the behavior of HTML web pages.
HTML EXAMPLES :
- <html>
- <head>
- <title>Document Title</title>
- </head>
* Hope all readers can understand what is HTML.. (^_^)

Tips for Exam
Tests and exams are a regular part of the school environment. It is important that exams be kept in proportion - they are important, but not the end of the world. Some things can be done to make exams a more valuable, worthwhile and less threatening experience for students. So now, I want share to all of you about tips for exam.. Very important for students like me..^_~
Have all necessary material with youYou can't borrow items such as pens, pencils, rulers or special equipment while in an examination.
Have a relaxing night before your exams
Have an early night, and try to have a healthy breakfast.
Read the entire paper.
Where you have choices, decide which ones you plan to answer.
Plan your time.
Spend some time drafting a plan for the questions you choose to answer.
Jot down ideas as they come to you.
While you are answering one question, information about another may suddenly occur to you. Jot it down somewhere because when you come to that question perhaps an hour later, you may have forgotten it.
Don't leave any questions unanswered. If you are short of time, use note form. Remember, you can only be marked on the answers you give.
Never leave the room early.
If you have time at the end, go over your work, add information (eg in the margin). You can't return if you suddenly remember a fact after you have left.
Do not spend too long on multiple choice questions. With multiple choice questions it is best to cover the answers and work out your own before looking at the choices on paper. If you can't answer the question come back to it later - have a guess.
Never omit an entire question.
No matter how well you answer other questions, you must leave time for all questions - a perfect answer can still only earn a certain number of marks. If you write nothing, you can't receive any marks and you have lost all your marks for a particular question. Write something - it may at least give you a few points.
Maintain a stable energy level.
Eating foods such as chocolate bars before an exam might give you an energy boost to begin with but your blood sugar levels will drop within an hour and your energy will plunge dramatically, making it hard for you to concentrate.

Healthy Eating
Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best. It can be simple, too. Just follow these eight tips to get started.
- Base
your meals on starchy foods
Starchy foods include potatoes, cereals, pasta, rice and bread. Choose wholegrain varieties when you can: they contain more fibre, and can make you feel full for longer. Starchy foods should make up around one third of the foods you eat.
Most of us should eat more starchy foods: try to include at least one starchy food with each main meal. Some people think starchy foods are fattening, but gram for gram they contain fewer than half the calories of fat.
2. Eat
lots of fruit and vegetables
It’s recommended that we eat at least five portions of different types
of fruit and vegetables a day. It’s easier than it sounds. A glass of 100%
unsweetened fruit juice can count as one portion, and vegetables cooked
into dishes also count. Why not chop a banana over your breakfast cereal,
or swap your usual mid-morning snack for some dried fruit?
3. Eat
more fish
Fish is a good source of protein and contains
many vitamins and minerals. Aim for at least two portions a week, including at
least one portion of oily fish. Oily fish is high in omega-3 fats, which may
help to prevent heart disease. You can choose from fresh, frozen and
canned; but remember that canned and smoked fish can be high in salt. Oily fish
include salmon, mackerel, trout, herring, fresh tuna, sardines and pilchards.
Non-oily fish include haddock, plaice, coley, cod, tinned tuna, skate and hake.
Anyone who regularly eats a lot of fish should try to choose as wide a variety
as possible.
4.Cut
down on saturated fat and sugar
We
all need some fat in our diet. But it’s important to pay attention to the
amount and type of fat we’re eating. There are two main types of fat: saturated
and unsaturated. Too much saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol
in the blood, which increases your risk of developing heart disease. Saturated
fat is found in many foods, such as hard cheese, cakes, biscuits,
sausages, cream, butter, lard and pies. Try to cut down, and choose foods that
contain unsaturated rather than saturated fats, such as vegetable oils, oily
fish and avocados. For a healthier choice, use a just a small amount of
vegetable oil or reduced fat spread instead of butter, lard or ghee. When
you're having meat, choose lean cuts and cut off any visible fat.
5. Eat less salt
Even if you don’t add salt to your food, you may still be
eating too much. About three-quarters of the salt we eat is already in the food
we buy, such as breakfast cereals, soups, breads and sauces. Eating too much
salt can raise your blood pressure. People with high blood pressure are more
likely to develop heart disease or have a stroke. Use food labels to help you
cut down. More than 1.5g of salt per 100g means the food is high in salt.
Adults and children over 11 should eat no more than 6g of salt a day. Younger
children should have even less.
6.Get active and be a healthy weight
Eating a healthy, balanced diet plays an important part in
maintaining a healthy weight, which is an important part of overall good
health. Being overweight or obese can led to health conditions such as diabetes,
certain cancers, heart disease and stroke. Being underweight could also affect
your health.
Physical activity can help you to maintain weight loss or be
a healthy weight. Being active doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym: you can
find ways to fit more activity into your daily life. For example, try getting
off the bus one stop early on the way home from work, and walking. Being
physically active may help reduce the risk of heart disease, and stroke.
After getting active, remember not to reward yourself with a
treat that is high in calories. If you feel hungry after activity choose foods
or drinks that are lower in calories but still filling.
7.Don't get thirsty
We need to drink about 1.2 litres of fluid every day to stop
us getting dehydrated. This is in addition to the fluid we get from the food we
eat. All non-alcoholic drinks count, but water, milk and fruit juices are the healthiest.
Try to avoid sugary soft and fizzy drinks that are high in added sugars and can
be high in calories and bad for teeth. When the weather is warm, or when we get
active, we may need more.
8. Don't skip breakfast
Some people skip breakfast because they think it will help
them lose weight. In fact, research shows that eating breakfast can help people
control their weight. A healthy breakfast is an important part of a balanced
diet, and provides some of the vitamins and minerals we need for good health. Whole
meal cereal, with fruit sliced over the top is a tasty and nutritious
breakfast.
So.. From now u should follow this tips yeaaa.. <3
Tips For Interview
Basically,to get the job, we must do interview session.. Right?? So I want to share information to all people that read my blog...haa, especially student like me.. :) There are best tips..
BEFORE INTERVIEW
1.Get a good night sleep the night before. You’ll look better and feel better, allowing yourself to make the best first impression.

3. Eat a good breakfast. You’ll be more alert and focused.
4.Prepare questions beforehand. Know the answers to basic questions that they will most likely ask you. Also come up with a few questions about the company or position you are applying for to show that you’re interested.
5.Make a few copies of your resume and put them somewhere where you won’t forget to bring them.6.
Search the web. It is likely someone else has interviewed with the company, so search the web and see what others are saying about it.
DURING INTERVIEW
1.Answer the question that was asked.

Don’t take too long but it is better to collect your thoughts than to plow ahead when you can’t focus.
AFTER INTERVIEW
Drop off your thank you note. Always, always thank your interviewer after you've left. Email them after you drop off your note. The more contact you have, the more you remain in their minds over the other applicants. It shows you’re thoughtful, motivated, and that you care.Create a list of items that you did well and that you would like to improve on.Follow up appropriately. Sometimes the interviewer will tell you when they will notify you; other times it will be your responsibility to make the follow up.
